Overview

A beauty studio offering multiple services needed a site where clients could browse services and book the right specialist without a phone call.

The Challenge

Clients were booking exclusively through Instagram DMs, which meant missed messages, double bookings, and lost revenue outside business hours.

The Approach

I built a service-and-specialist-aware booking system, so clients pick a service, see availability, and pay a deposit up front — all without staff involvement.

• Service menu with specialist-specific availability
• Deposit collection at time of booking via Stripe
• Automated confirmation and reminder emails
• Admin calendar view for the studio team
