These terms govern use of this website and any project engagement initiated through it. By submitting the contact form or otherwise engaging for services, you agree to the terms below. These terms describe general working practices — the specific scope, timeline, and cost of any project are agreed separately and in writing before work begins.

Project Engagements

Submitting an inquiry through this site does not create a binding agreement to provide services. A project only begins once scope, timeline, and payment terms have been discussed and confirmed by both parties, typically following the Discover phase described in the Process section of this site.

Payments

Payment terms — including deposits, milestones, and final payment — are set on a per-project basis and confirmed in writing before work begins. Specific pricing is not published on this site, as it depends on project scope.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and major cryptocurrencies (including Bitcoin and USDT). Payment details for a confirmed project are shared directly and privately as part of the invoice — never requested through unconventional methods such as gift cards.

Revisions & Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions within the originally agreed scope are included as part of a project. Requests that meaningfully expand the original scope are treated as new work and quoted separately before being started.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to the client upon full payment. Prior to full payment, all work remains the property of Michael Bamidele. Portfolio rights — the ability to showcase completed work publicly, including on this site — are retained unless a client specifically requests confidentiality.

Limitation of Liability

Work is delivered with professional care, but no guarantee is made regarding specific business outcomes (such as revenue, traffic, or conversion results), since these depend on many factors outside the scope of development work alone.

This website and its content are provided as-is. Content may be updated at any time without notice. Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate, but no guarantee is made that all content is error-free or current at all times.
